Lathing, Milling, Drilling

Various lathes ranging from 14” to 20” - Milling and surface grinding - CNC Milling - Multiple drill presses.

Our machine department can handle a variety of lathing operations with various machines from 7” swing turret to 12” swing with 8’ beds and 10 degree taper.  Horizontal milling can slit to 3/8” width and cut keyways to 1” width, maximum 4’ length.  Vertical mills can produce small batch runs and custom boring operations with minimum set up.  Reducing the cost of manufacturing time.  CNC mill can produce large or small batch runs while offering a variety of adaptations to manufacturing needs.  It allows parts to maintain tolerance on critical fit applications and reduces the cost of manufacturing.  Radial drill offers a variety of adaptations to manufacturing needs and allows parts to maintain tolerance on critical fit applications.

Rolling

Roll bending capacity min 8” diameter x 6’ length.

Our rolling machine accepts thickness of sheet metal up to ¼”.  It can roll pieces up to 6’ in width and 8” in diameter or larger.

 

 

 

Break Press

Two brake presses ranging from 130 ton to 175 ton capacity for bending, overbending, and flattening.

Our hydraulic Pacific brake press has a 130 ton capability.  It can handle up to 11 gauge thickness at 12' width and up to 1/4" thickness at 4' width.

Our hydraulic Cincinnati brake press has a 175 ton capability with a bend simulation module.  It can handle up to 11 gauge thickness at 12' width and up to 1/4" thickness at 3' width.

 

 

Punch Press

Three punch presses can handle a variety of forming and shape punching applications.  We also use a unipunch plate system which can be customized to reproduce parts with multiple holes consistently and accurately.

 

 

Shearing

Capacity ranges from 20 gauge to 1/4” thick plate and up to 12’ sheet width.

We have 3 hydraulic shears that can cut materials from rubber to stain-less and mild steel.
